Who(siapa) – Fraksi PKS DPR RI What(apa) – Hasil Musyawarah Nasional Nadhlatul Ulama yang merekomendasikan hukuman mati untuk koruptor yang membangkrutkan negara. Why(kenapa) - Langkah itu diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera dan mengurangi praktik korupsi yang kian marak.	JAKARTA, KOMPAS – Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat mendukung hasil Musyawarah Nasional Nahdlatul Ulama yang merekomendasikan hukuman mati untuk koruptor yang membangkrutkan negara. Langkah itu diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera dan mengurangi praktik korupsi yang kian marak.
What(apa) – F-PKS bertemu Pengurus besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) Where(dimana)  – Jakarta When(kapan)  – Kamis (27/9) Who(siapa) – Ketua F-PKS Hidayat Nur Wahid, anggota Komisi III DPR,Abu Bakar al-Habsy, anggota Komisi IV DPR, Nabiel Musawa, Ketua Umum PBNU Said Aqil Siroj dan Ketua PBNU Slamet Effendy Yusuf.	Demikian salah satu ide yang muncul dalam pertemuan F-PKS dengan Pengurus besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) di Jakarta, Kamis (27/9). Hadir dalampertemuan itu, antara lain, Ketua F-PKS Hidayat Nur Wahid, anggota Komisi III DPR,Abu Bakar al-Habsy; dan anggota Komisi IV DPR, Nabiel Musawa. Hadir juga Ketua Umum PBNU Said Aqil Siroj dan Ketua PBNU Slamet Effendy Yusuf.
Why(kenapa) 1 - Penegakan hukum selama ini masih belum memberikan efek jera bagi koruptor Why(kenapa)  2 - penekanan pentingnya hukuman berat terhadap koruptor merupakan upaya NU untuk turut serta memerangi korupsi yang menjadi persoalan bangsa.	”Penegakan hukum selama ini masih belum memberikan efek jera bagi koruptor,” kata Hidayat. Why 3(kenapa) - Sebagai lembaga utama pemberantasan korupsi Kmisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) perlu terus ada dengan kewenangan penyidikan dan penuntutan seperti sekarang.	Sebagai lembaga utama pemberantasan korupsi, kata Hidayat, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) perlu terus ada dengan kewenangan penyidikan dan penuntutan seperti sekarang. ”Kami punya semangat sama, KPK jangan diperlemah, justru harus diperkuat. Kami menolak Jika revisi Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang KPK justru untuk melemahkannya,” ujarnya.

Pemerintah malah akan mendukung jika KPK dimasukkan ke dalam UUD 1945 melalui proses amandemen konstitusi. “Ini sikap resmi pemerintah. Pemerintah tidak akan setuju dengan proposal apa pun yang melemahkan KPK. Hanya orang-orang koruptif yang ingin KPK lemah dan bubar	Pemerintah juga menolak merevisi UU No. 30/2002 tentang KPK. Pemerintah malah akan mendukung jika KPK dimasukkan ke dalam UUD 1945 melalui proses amandemen konstitusi. “Ini sikap resmi pemerintah. Pemerintah tidak akan setuju dengan proposal apa pun yang melemahkan KPK. Hanya orang-orang koruptif yang ingin KPK lemah dan bubar,” kata Wakil Menteri Hukum dan HAM Denny Indrayana. “Saya merasa kewenangan-kewenangan keluarbiassaan KPK masih diperlukan,” kata Menteri Hukum dan HAM Amir syamsuddin secara terpisah.
Who(siapa) – Didi Irawadi, Anggota Komisi III dan Badan Legislasi DPR dari Fraksi Partai Demokrat, Didi Irawadi Why 1: Keinginan merevisi UU KPK sebenarnya muncul dari segelintir anggota DPR. Badan Legislasi DPR akan mempertanyakan jika usul merevisi UU itu memuat pasal-pasal yang melemahkan KPK.	Anggota Komisi III dan Badan Legislasi DPR dari Fraksi Partai Demokrat, Didi Irawadi, mengungkapkan, keinginan merevisi UU KPK sebenarnya muncul dari segelintir anggota DPR. Didi yakin, Badan Legislasi DPR akan mempertanyakan jika usul merevisi UU itu memuat pasal-pasal yang melemahkan KPK.
Who(siapa) – Ketua Komisi III DPR Gede Pasek Suardika Why(kenapa)  - Wakil Ketua DPR Priyo Budi Santoso meminta Komisi III untuk menyusun draf revisi UU KPK, Komisi III menyerahkan draf yang telah mereka susun ke Badan Legislasi DPR. When(kapan) – Januari 2011	Soal revisi UU itu, Ketua Komisi III DPR Gede Pasek Suardika mengatakan, Komisi III diminta oleh Wakil Ketua DPR Priyo Budi Santoso untuk menyusun draf revisi UU KPK pada Januari 2011. Minggu lalu, Komisi III menyerahkan draf yang telah mereka susun ke Badan Legislasi DPR.
Who(siapa) – Peneliti Pusat Kajian Antikorupsi Universitas Gadjah Mada, Hifdzil Alim How(bagaimana) - Karena itu, niat sebenar-benarnya DPR untuk merevisi UU KPK harus dicermati. Melucuti KPK dengan cara merevisi aturan hukumnya adalah cara konstitusional dan aman.
